After the break, nine matches between Friday 9 and Sunday 11 October. For each we measured position and points, recent form, head-to-head records from our archive, and how much each operator holds back on the full-time result. No tips and no prices in the text: they live in the table further down, which fills from the feed when you open the page.

Read on 3 October 2026 at 14:45 Italian time. The columns don't cover the same matches: Betsson prices eight of the nine, Betflag seven, Netwin six, and Köln-Mönchengladbach is not in our listing. Prices will still move: the odds table further down is the current one.

Wherever it appears, Netwin is the cheapest: on all six of its matches. On the seven priced by both Betsson and Betflag, Betsson costs less five times; on Freiburg-Schalke the difference is two hundredths of a point, 7.35% against 7.37%.

The distance between dearest and cheapest can only be compared on the five matches priced by all three: it runs from 1.10 points on Union Berlin-Elversberg to 2.58 on Mainz-Leverkusen.

The 18-20 September round, with the margins measured then: Bundesliga, the round in numbers: form, head-to-heads and margins

Dortmund with a perfect record

Four wins from four, 12 points, 9 goals scored and 2 conceded: Dortmund are top and open the round on Friday against Werder Bremen, eighth on 7 points with 8 scored and 8 conceded. The six most recent meetings in the archive, all Bundesliga since October 2023, show four Dortmund wins and two draws.

Augsburg-Bayern: fourth against second

Bayern are second on 10 points with the league's best attack, 14 goals, and 2 conceded, like Dortmund. Augsburg are fourth on 7: they have scored 11 but conceded 6. Across the six most recent meetings in the archive, between April 2022 and January 2024, Bayern won five and Augsburg one; one of the six is a DFB-Pokal tie, and the most recent is almost three years old. Betflag publishes no price on this match.

Freiburg-Schalke: every meeting predates 2024

Freiburg are third on 10 points, with 12 scored and 3 conceded; Schalke are eleventh on 5 and have scored 3 goals in four matches. The six meetings in the archive are all Bundesliga and Freiburg lost none of them: five wins and a draw. But they run from December 2019 to April 2023, and the most recent is three and a half years old.

At the bottom: Mönchengladbach on zero, Union Berlin with the leakiest defence

Mönchengladbach are bottom: four defeats, no points, 16 goals conceded. Union Berlin are seventeenth on one point and have conceded 17, 4.25 per game, the worst figure in the league. They host Elversberg, seventh on 7 points, and the archive holds no meeting between the two. It is the match where the three operators sit closest, 1.10 points apart, and the one where Betflag holds back least in the whole round, 6.13%.

The other five, briefly

  • Mainz-Bayer Leverkusen (Sat 10, 15:30) — sixth against fifth, both on 7 points and with 10 goals scored. It is the match with the widest gap between the three operators, 2.58 points: the round's lowest margin for Betsson and Netwin, 6.15% and 4.90%, and the highest for Betflag, 7.48%. We don't quote the head-to-head: one of the two sides is filed under another name in the archive and the link failed.
  • Paderborn-Stuttgart (Sat 10, 15:30) — twelfth on 4 points against fifteenth on 3. There are three meetings: two in the Bundesliga between December 2014 and May 2015, one DFB-Pokal tie in January 2023. Two Stuttgart wins and a draw.
  • Hoffenheim-Hamburg (Sat 10, 15:30) — fourteenth against sixteenth, both on 3 points; Hamburg have scored 2 and conceded 13. Here too the head-to-head is missing because of a naming problem in the archive, not because the two sides have never met.
  • Leipzig-Eintracht Frankfurt (Sat 10, 18:30) — ninth on 6 against tenth on 5. Six meetings since May 2024, five in the Bundesliga and one in the DFB-Pokal: four Leipzig wins, a draw, one for Eintracht. It is the most expensive match of the round on Betsson, 7.36%; Netwin doesn't price it.
  • Köln-Mönchengladbach (Sun 11, 15:30) — not in our listing, so no odds and no margins, and the same naming problem applies to the head-to-head. What remains is table and form: Köln thirteenth on 4 points, Mönchengladbach bottom on zero.

How to read these numbers

Four rounds are few: over four matches one rout moves goal averages a lot. Form looks at the latest Bundesliga matches, here the four of this season.

Head-to-head records come from the openfootball archive and cover every competition: on three of the five matches that have them, the meetings quoted are not all Bundesliga, and we said so each time.
