They stay open for days, which is why they move more than the price on a football match: practice, qualifying and the weather rewrite them. On a market with twenty drivers the bookmaker normally keeps more than on a 1X2, because every extra outcome adds margin — which is why it pays to look at the percentage held back, not just the size of the price.
